 Chicken Marsala Stuffed Mushrooms
     20  fresh mushrooms  2 Tbs finely chopped onions
     2 Tbs  butter  14  ritz crackers
     1/4 cup finely chopped chicken, cooked  2 Tbs Kraft shredded parmesean cheese
     2 Tbs marsala wine  1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove stems. Cook onions in butter in skillet for 2-3 min or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in cracker crumbs, 1 Tbs parmesean, wine, and seasoning. Spoon into mushroom caps, place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining parmesean. Bake 15 min or until heat.
