 Veal stew with Elbasan yogurt au gratin
     500 g veal fillet  500 g yogurt cream
     200 g rice  100 ml white wine
     4 eggs  2 onions
     1 clove garlic  olive oil to taste
     pepper to taste  salt to taste
- Peel the garlic and onions and chop them.
- Cut the fillet into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a paella pan and fry the garlic, onions and meat.
- Turn on the oven (6/200°C).
- When the meat is almost brown, remove the contents of paella pan.
- Heat the oil for the second time and add the rice.
- Stir a few times and let cook for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the wine and add the brown ingredients.
- Salt and pepper and let cook over low heat 5-10 minutes.
- During cooking, mix the eggs with yogurt.
- Add the mixture in the paella pan and put into the oven and let cook for 20
