Roast beef in wine
Ingredients:
    
1/2 kg fillet steak
 
1 onion
    
1/4 cup olive oil
 
1/2 cup red wine
    
1 clove garlic
 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    
1/2 tablespoon sugar
 
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
    
1/2 tablespoon mustard
 
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Cook for 10 minutes, the grated onion, minced garlic, sugar, Worcestershire
sauce, mustard, chili, wine, salt and pepper, except the meat.
2. In a skillet with a little oil brown the meat on all sides.
3. Pour the sauce over the meat, and let for 20 minutes to cook on heat rather
slow.
4. If necessary correct the salt.
5. Serve with white rice, slices of toasted bread, white potatoes or fried
potatoes.
