 Fish and potato croquettes
 Ingredients:
     1/2 kg boneless fish  1/3 kg potatoes
     1 beaten egg  1 egg yolk
     1 bunch chopped parsley  1 lemon (juice)
     oil to taste  grated bread to taste
     ground black pepper to taste  salt to taste
 
 Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes, peel and mash them.
2. Clean the fish and mash it, drizzle with lemon juice.
3. Mix the potato, fish, parsley, salt, pepper, yolk.
4. Mold the dough into meatball or croquette shape, wet into beaten egg, coat with
bread and fry in hot oil.
5. Remove and put over paper towel to remove the excess of oil.
6. It is a very good alternative serve also with garlic and chopped parsley over
or drizzle with ketchup or mayonnaise.
