 Veal with herbs
     500 g veal steak  1 small glass white wine
     3 tablespoons oil  2 tablespoons flour
     2 cloves garlic  2 medium onions
     ground pepper to taste  bay leaf powder to taste
     thyme to taste  rosemary to taste
     chopped parsley to taste  salt to taste
Veal with herbs
- First put in a medium skillet 3 tablespoons of oil and saute in it the garlic
and chopped onion into small cubes.
- When the onion is translucent, add the meat.
- Let cook, and when it is almost done, sprinkle with flour and salt. Leave a few
minutes more.
- Then add the wine and herbs to your taste.
- Let boil and serve with a little chopped parsley.
