Veal with herbs | Ingredients: |      | 500 g veal steak |   | 1 small glass white wine |      | 3 tablespoons oil |   | 2 tablespoons flour |      | 2 cloves garlic |   | 2 medium onions |      | ground pepper to taste |   | bay leaf powder to taste |      | thyme to taste |   | rosemary to taste |      | chopped parsley to taste |   | salt to taste |

Preparation: |
- First put in a medium skillet 3 tablespoons of oil and saute in it the garlic and chopped onion into small cubes. - When the onion is translucent, add the meat. - Let cook, and when it is almost done, sprinkle with flour and salt. Leave a few minutes more. - Then add the wine and herbs to your taste. - Let boil and serve with a little chopped parsley. |
