 Chai
 Ingredients:
     1 bag black tea  1 3-inch stick cinnamon
     2 cups  milk  2 tablespoons raw sugar or honey
     1 teaspoon vanilla  1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
     1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon  
 
 Preparation:
1. In a small saucepan combine the tea bag, the cinnamon stick, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boiling. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bag and cinnamon stick. Stir the milk, sugar, vanilla, ginger, and cardamon into the pan. Cook and stir over medium heat just until mixture is heated through (do not boil).
To serve, pour hot mixture into warm mugs.
