 Sirloin with Roquefort cheese (microwave)
 Ingredients:
     1 kg veal sirloin  100 g Roquefort cheese
     2 tablespoons cream  1 tablespoon cognac
     1 tablespoon Dijon mustard  1 teaspoon oregano
     1 bunch parsley  1 onion
     ground black pepper to taste  coarse salt to taste
 
 Preparation:
- Wash the sirloin in abundant water and let drain.
- Once dry, cut it, making a hole in the center.
- Put (outside) coarse salt, pepper and a little oregano. Reserve it.
- Peel and chop the onion and parsley.
- Put them in a bowl with Roquefort cheese, cognac, mustard and cream, mix well.
- Fill the hole left in the sirloin with the mixture.
- Close the ends with toothpicks.
- Put the sirloin in the lower part of the microwave and roast for 30 minutes at
180 watts of power, turning at half time.
- When it is ready, brown a little in the grill.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
