 Parisian style ragù (microwave)
     750 g veal beef  1 medium onion
     1/2 cup red wine  400 g carrots
     2 tablespoons oil  250 g crushed tomato
     100 g peas  2 tablespoons flour
     2 cloves garlic  black peppercorns to taste
     bay leaf to taste  thyme to taste
     salt to taste  
- Wash the meat, dry with paper towel and cut into cubes.
- Peel the onion and cut into slices.
- Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Flour the beef and put with the others ingredients in a glass casserole.
- Cover and cook at full power in the microwave for 15 minutes.
- Stir and cook at 75% for 25-30 minutes.
