Parisian style ragù (microwave) | Ingredients: |      | 750 g veal beef |   | 1 medium onion |      | 1/2 cup red wine |   | 400 g carrots |      | 2 tablespoons oil |   | 250 g crushed tomato |      | 100 g peas |   | 2 tablespoons flour |      | 2 cloves garlic |   | black peppercorns to taste |      | bay leaf to taste |   | thyme to taste |      | salt to taste |   |

Preparation: |
- Wash the meat, dry with paper towel and cut into cubes. - Peel the onion and cut into slices. - Peel the carrots and cut into slices. - Peel and chop the garlic. - Flour the beef and put with the others ingredients in a glass casserole. - Cover and cook at full power in the microwave for 15 minutes. - Stir and cook at 75% for 25-30 minutes. |
