 How to make: Self-Rising or Cake flour with All-Purpose flour
 Ingredients:
     1 cup all-purpose flour  1.5 tsp baking powder
     1/8 tsp table salt  
 
 Preparation:
1) Pour one cup minus one tbsp. all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl.

2) Add one and one-half tsp. baking powder to the bowl.

3) Pour one-eighth tsp. table salt into the bowl.

4) Stir the ingredients together and use this mixture as a substitute for self-rising flour.

To make 1 cup of cake flour:
1 Cup - All Purpose Flour minus 2 Tablespoons **plus**
2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
