 Stuffed veal round
 Ingredients:
     750 g veal round  150 g mushrooms
     150 g ham  1 bunch parsley
     1 small onion  1 tablespoon butter
     1 cup grated bread  1/2 cup cooked peas, drained
     1/2 grated lemon zest  1 egg
     4 tablespoons oil  1 cup broth
     1/2 cup white wine  salt to taste
     ground black pepper to taste  
 
 Preparation:
1. Remove the earth from mushrooms, wash well and cut into thin slices.
2. Grind the ham and parsley, and chop the onion.
3. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the mushrooms with ham, onion and chopped
parsley.
4. Mix with grated bread, lemon zest, egg, peas, pepper and salt.
5. Then make a cut in the beef in the center forming a sack.
6. Fill the aperture with the filling, well tight and sew it.
7. Heat oil and fry the beef on all sides.
8. Drizzle with broth and wine, and cook for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
