Country Gravy and Sausage | Ingredients: |      | 1 lb Pork Sausage |   | 1/3 cup Baking Mix (All-Purpose flour) |      | 3 cups Milk |   | 1 tsp Salt |      | 1/8 tsp Black Pepper |   | 2 Tbsp Sausage drippings (see below) |

Preparation: |
1) In a 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned; remove from heat; 2) Drain (reserving 2 Tablespoons of drippings); Place sausage in a bowl and set aside 3) Add reserved drippings to skillet; stir in baking mix until blended; gradually stir in milk until smooth; stir in salt/pepper. 4) Return to heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute 5) Remove from heat and stir in sausage; serve with biscuits
