 Country Gravy and Sausage
 Ingredients:
     1 lb Pork Sausage  1/3 cup Baking Mix (All-Purpose flour)
     3 cups Milk  1 tsp Salt
     1/8 tsp Black Pepper  2 Tbsp Sausage drippings (see below)
 
 Preparation:
1) In a 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned; remove from heat;
2) Drain (reserving 2 Tablespoons of drippings); Place sausage in a bowl and set aside
3) Add reserved drippings to skillet; stir in baking mix until blended; gradually stir in milk until smooth; stir in salt/pepper.
4) Return to heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute
5) Remove from heat and stir in sausage; serve with biscuits
 Comments:
Refrigerate any leftovers in single-serving microwave safe bowls (and lids). To warm, add 1/2 teaspoon of water or milk, then heat for 1 minute in microwave, covered. Pop lid, but keep it on the bowl. Stir and serve.
