Breaded veal scallop | Ingredients: |      | 2 veal scallops |   | 2 tablespoons grated bread |      | 1 tablespoon liquid cream |   | 40 g butter |      | 1 egg |   | salt to taste |

Preparation: |
1. Beat the egg with cream and a little salt, and pass the beef through beaten egg, then into grated bread until well covered. 2. Put butter in a skillet to soften and when it is hot put the beef, 5 minutes per side, adding a little salt. 3. Serve with the broth that remains in the skillet. |
