| Breaded veal scallop|
|     ||2 veal scallops||  ||2 tablespoons grated bread|
|     ||1 tablespoon liquid cream||  ||40 g butter|
|     ||1 egg||  ||salt to taste|| |
|1. Beat the egg with cream and a little salt, and pass the beef through beaten|
egg, then into grated bread until well covered.
2. Put butter in a skillet to soften and when it is hot put the beef, 5 minutes
per side, adding a little salt.
3. Serve with the broth that remains in the skillet.
