 Breaded veal scallop
     2 veal scallops  2 tablespoons grated bread
     1 tablespoon liquid cream  40 g butter
     1 egg  salt to taste
1. Beat the egg with cream and a little salt, and pass the beef through beaten
egg, then into grated bread until well covered.
2. Put butter in a skillet to soften and when it is hot put the beef, 5 minutes
per side, adding a little salt.
3. Serve with the broth that remains in the skillet.
