 Veal beef kabobs with vegetables and lentils
     600 g veal beef into cubes  400 g cooked lentils
     1 glass oil  1 small glass red wine
     1 small glass hot water  4 cloves garlic
     16 small onions  16 small tomatoes
     1 zucchini  1 red bell pepper
     1/2 lemon (juice)  a pinch salt
     1 small glass oil  2 tablespoons vinegar
     1 tablespoon honey  salt to taste
1. In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, wine, oil, salt, lemon juice and 1 small
glass of hot water.
2. Add the beef to the bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Aside, peel small onions and cook 5 minutes in boiling water.
4. Wash the small tomatoes, zucchini and bell pepper.
5. Cut the bell pepper into cubes and zucchini into slices.
6. Remove the beef from marinade and reserve the liquid.
7. Put the vegetables and beef alternately on the skewers.
8. In a separate bowl, make a vinaigrette (1 small glass oil, 2 tablespoons
vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey and salt to taste) and add drained lentils. Mix
9. Fry the skewers in griddle with oil and sprinkle with marinade liquid.
10. Serve with lentils.
