 Beef with pepper
     1/2 kg soft beef (sliced in 5 pieces)  1 large onion
     2 tomatoes  2 teaspoons ground black pepper
     sal to taste  a pinch cumin
     1 teaspoon ground red chili  a sprinkle oil
Beef with pepper
* Saute for 5 minutes with a little oil in a deep saucepan, the onion and tomatoes,
finaly chopped or grated, with salt, cumin and chili.
* Add 2 cups of hot water and let boil for 10 minutes, meanwhile fry the beef one
by one previously sprinkled with 1 teaspoon of pepper, in a little oil and add
to the stew, once they are all cooking, add 1 teaspoon of pepper, let cook for
30 minutes, add more hot water if necessary as it must have enough broth.
* Serve with rice or pasta and white potatoes.
