 Oysters with bacon brochettes
 Ingredients:
     24 oysters  100 g bacon
     1/4 cup white wine  
 
 Preparation:
* Put the oysters in a casserole with wine and the same amount of water.
* Cover the casserole and put in the fire a few minutes until the oysters are
opened.
* Keep them warm.
* Make small rolls with bacon fillets and hold with toothpicks.
* Put a skillet or griddle on fire and pass the bacon rolls until golden and
crunchy on all sides.
* Remove the oysters from shells, skewer, alternating with bacon and serve
immediately so it does not cool.
