 Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
 Ingredients:
     1 3/4 C Wheat Flour  2 tsp Baking Powder
     3 TBSP Splenda Brown Sugar Blend  1 Egg
     1/4 C Peanut Butter  1/4 C Peanuts (Roughly Chopped)
     1 C Lowfat Milk  1 Banana
 
 Preparation:
Combine flour and baking powder and mix to avoid clumps. Mix in sugar. Add Milk and Egg, peanut butter and peanuts. Stir until combined.

Slice banana and mix the slices into the batter.

Divide into muffin cups and bake at 375*F for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
 Comments:
Make sure the banana isn't too ripe or else you'll have banana mush instead of banana chunks. You could add other mix-ins, too, if you want, but make sure to account for any extra liquid (from apples, etc.).
