 Beef and mushroom lasagna (microwave)
     20 lasagna sheets  500 g chopped beef
     150 g sliced mushrooms  6 cloves garlic
     tomato sauce to taste  cheese slices to taste
     cheese gratin to taste  bechamel sauce to taste
     salt to taste  oregano to taste
1- Boil water with salt, put the sheets one at a time and stir, let cook for 12 to
15 minutes.
2- While the sheets are cooking, put in a skillet a little oil and chopped garlic,
add salt to the chopped beef and put into the heat, little by little and
3- Add a little oregano, continue stirring and put a sprinkle of tomato sauce to
give it color.
4- Decrease the heat and let cook over low heat, 10 to 15 minutes.
5- Wash the mushrooms in abundant water, add salt, and cook in a saucepan with a
little oil and some chopped garlic.
6- Leave over high heat until tender and become dark brown, takes about 10

14- Put the bechamel sauce on top, sprinkle some cheese gratin over and put in
the microwave at high power about 5 to 6 minutes and grill to golden brown for
about 3-4 minutes.
