 Breaded steaks
 Ingredients:
     4 veal steaks  1 clove garlic
     1 teaspoon chopped parsley  2 tablespoons lemon juice
     1 teaspoon mustard powder  50 g grated bread
     1 egg  3/4 cup oil
     salt to taste  
 
 Preparation:
1- Wash the steaks and dry with paper towel.
2- Season the steaks with garlic and parsley.
3- Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with mustard and a pinch of salt.
4- Then pass through the grated bread, then the beaten egg and finally by grated
bread again.
5- Heat abundant oil in a skillet and fry the steaks until the bread is well
toasted.
6- Serve with salad to taste.
