Breaded steaks | Ingredients: |      | 4 veal steaks |   | 1 clove garlic |      | 1 teaspoon chopped parsley |   | 2 tablespoons lemon juice |      | 1 teaspoon mustard powder |   | 50 g grated bread |      | 1 egg |   | 3/4 cup oil |      | salt to taste |   |

Preparation: |
1- Wash the steaks and dry with paper towel. 2- Season the steaks with garlic and parsley. 3- Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with mustard and a pinch of salt. 4- Then pass through the grated bread, then the beaten egg and finally by grated bread again. 5- Heat abundant oil in a skillet and fry the steaks until the bread is well toasted. 6- Serve with salad to taste. |
