| Breaded eye round steak with bittersweet peppers|
|     ||1 1/2 kg eye round steak||  ||500 g breadcrumbs|
|     ||50 g seedless raisins||  ||6 eggs|
|     ||6 red bell peppers||  ||4 cloves garlic|
|     ||olive oil to taste||  ||wine vinegar to taste|
|     ||ground black pepper to taste||  ||salt to taste|| |
|1- In a large bowl, beat 6 eggs, add 1 chopped garlic and the steak cut into thin|
2- Leave them an hour to absorb the egg.
3- Pass through breadcrumbs and allow to cool for an hour at least.
4- Put the peppers in a casserole (seedless and cut into strips), add 3 cloves of
garlic filleted, salt and about 60 cc. of oil.
5- Stir, cover and cook over low heat until the peppers are tender.
6- At this point, bath with a stream of wine vinegar and add the raisins.
7- Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
8- Fry the breaded beef and serve with peppers.
