 Breaded eye round steak with bittersweet peppers
     1 1/2 kg eye round steak  500 g breadcrumbs
     50 g seedless raisins  6 eggs
     6 red bell peppers  4 cloves garlic
     olive oil to taste  wine vinegar to taste
     ground black pepper to taste  salt to taste
1- In a large bowl, beat 6 eggs, add 1 chopped garlic and the steak cut into thin
slices seasoned.
2- Leave them an hour to absorb the egg.
3- Pass through breadcrumbs and allow to cool for an hour at least.
4- Put the peppers in a casserole (seedless and cut into strips), add 3 cloves of
garlic filleted, salt and about 60 cc. of oil.
5- Stir, cover and cook over low heat until the peppers are tender.
6- At this point, bath with a stream of wine vinegar and add the raisins.
7- Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
8- Fry the breaded beef and serve with peppers.
