Ice-cream sundae with coffee
Ingredients:
    
1 cup milk
 
1 cup liquid cream
    
2 tablespoons instant coffee
 
3 egg yolks
    
1/3 cup liquor to taste
 
175 g sugar
Preparation:
* Beat the egg yolks in a heavy-bottomed saucepan with sugar.
* Heat cream with milk, remove and when it is warm, dissolve the coffee and add,
little by little, to the yolks, stirring constantly .
* Put the saucepan on the heat and stirring constantly, leave until thickens.
* Add the liquor and mix, let cool, putting the cream in a bowl that is within a
larger one, with water and ice.
* Put the cream in the ice-cream maker and put in freezer mode. If you do not have
an ice-cream maker, put the cream in a metal tray and put into the freezer for
2 or 3 hours.
* Beat several times while freezing and just before serving. Serve the ice-cream
in parfait dishes garnished with whipped cream, sprinkle with instant coffee.
Comments:
For those who do not like whipped cream, you can substitute with redcurrant syrup,
strawberry syrup, raspberry syrup, liquid caramel, etc.
