 Rabbit in white sauce
 Ingredients:
     1 1/2 kg rabbit  150 g bacon
     1 cup liquid cream  1 cup champagne
     1 bay leaf  rosemary to taste
     2 tablespoons butter  salt to taste
     ground white pepper to taste  
 
 Preparation:
* Cut the rabbit, wash and drain it well.
* Melt the butter and brown the pieces of rabbit on all sides.
* Put the bacon fillets in the bottom of a earthenware casserole.
* Add bay leaf and rosemary.
* Add rabbit pieces, salt and pepper.
* Stir everything, drizzle with champagne, cook covered over low heat for 45
minutes.
* Check the rabbit cooking, add cream and continue cooking for 20 minutes more.
* Serve very hot.
