 Korean Style Flank Steak - C
 Ingredients:
     1/4 C Soy Sauce  2 T  Rice Vinegar (not seasoned)
     1 T  Grated, Peeled Ginger  1 Garlic Clove
     2 t Sriracha (Southwest Asian Chile Sauce)  2 t Sugar
     1 1/2 t Asian Sesame Oil  1 to 1 1/4 # Flank Steak
     2 Scallions, finely chopped  2 T Toasted Sesame Seeds
 
 Preparation:
Stir together Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Sriracha, Sugar & Sesame Oil.
Prepare gas grill for direct heat cooking over medium/high heat
Oil grill rack, then grill steak, covered, turning over once, 6-8 minutes for medium/rare
transfer steak to a cutting board and drizzle with 2 T of sauce mixture, let stand uncovered for 5 minutes
Thinly slice steak across the grain, serve with remaining sauce mixture, scallions & sesame seeds over white rice or soft leaf lettuce
 Comments:
Malbec (Argentina), Petite Sirah (CA), Grenache (Spain) Meat really good, sauce more of spicey soy sauce
