Dutch Baby - B | Ingredients: |      | 1/2 C Milk |   | 1/2 C Flour |      | 1/4 C Sugar |   | 2 Large Eggs |      | 4 T Unsalted Butter |   | 1 T Powdered Sugar |      | 1 T Lemon Juice |   | 1 T Syrup |

Preparation: |
Take eggs out 1 hr to cooking to let warm to room temp. (will not be fluffy otherwise) Preheat oven to 425* Add two glass pie dishes with 2 T butter each to oven once ready. While butter is melting mix batter. Add milk, Eggs and sugar to mixing bowl and blend. Sift Flour over mixture and mix until well blended (should be fluffy and have bubbles.) Pour batter into dishes, let sit for a minute. return dishes to oven and bake for 15 min or until golden brown. remove from oven and transfer to plates while still hot to avoid sticking and breaking. Garnish as desired: Honey Syrup Lemon Juice Powdered Sugar |
