Beef Stroganoff  Ingredients:       3 lbs round steak    1 Onion       1 can Condensed Beef Broth    1 tsp Mustard       4 oz can  Button Mushrooms    5 Tbsp Flour       1/2 c Butter    1/3 c Sour Cream

Preparation:

Cut beef. Melt butter in large skillet. Saute meat in butter quickly. Add onion and cook until onion is transparent. Stir in flour until it bubbles. Add beef broth and bring to a boil - stir constantly. turn heat down. Add mustard. cover and simmer 1 hr. 5 minutes before serving add mushrooms and sour cream.
