 Black chocolate cake (microwave)
 Ingredients:
     4 eggs  200 g sugar
     200 g flour  3 tablespoons chocolate powder
     1 tablespoon baking powder  50 g ground almonds
     3 tablespoons butter  3 tablespoons liquid cream
     100 g chocolate fondant  1 cup whipped cream
 
 Preparation:
1. Melt the butter for 40 seconds on high power of microwave.
2. Beat the eggs in another large bowl with sugar until whiten.
3. Add the ground almonds, flour, chocolate powder, melted butter and baking
powder.
4. Mix well without beating, and pour the mixture into a pie pan about 16 cm in
diameter.
5. Put in the microwave, place the mold over a inverted soup dish and connect the
power on 75%. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Connect 1 minute on 100%.
6. Remove and unmold the cake, allowing it to cool.
7. Chop the chocolate fondant and melt in a bowl for 1, 1/2 minutes.
8. Add the liquid cream, mix and cover the cake.
9. Garnish the sides with whipped cream (you can fill with cream or jam if
desired).
