 Beef Burrito
 Ingredients:
     4 large tortillas  300 g cooked beef tenderloin
     50 g cumin  1 cup mozzarella cheese
     1 cup cooked rice  1 cup baked beans
     1/4 cup oil  2 tablespoons chopped coriander
     2 cloves garlic  1 large tomato
     1 medium onion  1 lettuce
     ground black pepper to taste  salt to taste
 
 Preparation:
1- This recipe uses beef tenderloin, which should be chopped into slices or thin
slices.
2- Heat oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic, finely chopped.
3- Let it release its juices for a few minutes and add rice, beans and meat. Mix
well.
4- Add the cumin and finely chopped coriander.
5- Rectify the taste, add salt and pepper if necessary, because these foods are
already cooked and seasoned.
6- Then place a large flour tortilla on a cutting board and add a tablespoon of
the mixture of rice and beans, then shredded lettuce and diced tomato. Add
cheese to taste.
7- Fold tortilla in half and give the burrito, cut in half and place on a plate.
 Comments:
If desired, add hot sauce or guacamole.
