| Beef Burrito|
|     ||4 large tortillas||  ||300 g cooked beef tenderloin|
|     ||50 g cumin||  ||1 cup mozzarella cheese|
|     ||1 cup cooked rice||  ||1 cup baked beans|
|     ||1/4 cup oil||  ||2 tablespoons chopped coriander|
|     ||2 cloves garlic||  ||1 large tomato|
|     ||1 medium onion||  ||1 lettuce|
|     ||ground black pepper to taste||  ||salt to taste|| |
|1- This recipe uses beef tenderloin, which should be chopped into slices or thin|
2- Heat oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic, finely chopped.
3- Let it release its juices for a few minutes and add rice, beans and meat. Mix
4- Add the cumin and finely chopped coriander.
5- Rectify the taste, add salt and pepper if necessary, because these foods are
already cooked and seasoned.
6- Then place a large flour tortilla on a cutting board and add a tablespoon of
the mixture of rice and beans, then shredded lettuce and diced tomato. Add
cheese to taste.
7- Fold tortilla in half and give the burrito, cut in half and place on a plate.
