| Golden Tacos|
|     ||1/2 kg round roll||  ||1/2 kg corn tortilla|
|     ||2 cloves garlic||  ||1 carrot|
|     ||10 radishes||  ||1/2 lettuce|
|     ||2 potatoes||  ||tomato broth to taste|
|     ||cheese to taste||  ||oil to taste|
|     ||ground black pepper to taste||  ||salt to taste|| |
|1- Cook the meat and potatoes with garlic and salt.|
2- Shred the beef, cut the potatoes into small squares and stir. Season.
3- Finely chop the lettuce, sliced radishes and grated carrot.
4- Fill the tortilla with meat and potato and fold forming the taco, fry in oil
until the tortilla is golden.
5- Cover with lettuce, carrots, cheese and radishes to taste and bathe with warm
