 Golden Tacos
     1/2 kg round roll  1/2 kg corn tortilla
     2 cloves garlic  1 carrot
     10 radishes  1/2 lettuce
     2 potatoes  tomato broth to taste
     cheese to taste  oil to taste
     ground black pepper to taste  salt to taste
1- Cook the meat and potatoes with garlic and salt.
2- Shred the beef, cut the potatoes into small squares and stir. Season.
3- Finely chop the lettuce, sliced radishes and grated carrot.
4- Fill the tortilla with meat and potato and fold forming the taco, fry in oil
until the tortilla is golden.
5- Cover with lettuce, carrots, cheese and radishes to taste and bathe with warm
tomato broth.
Round roll can be substituted for pork loin.
