Golden Tacos | Ingredients: |      | 1/2 kg round roll |   | 1/2 kg corn tortilla |      | 2 cloves garlic |   | 1 carrot |      | 10 radishes |   | 1/2 lettuce |      | 2 potatoes |   | tomato broth to taste |      | cheese to taste |   | oil to taste |      | ground black pepper to taste |   | salt to taste |

Preparation: |
1- Cook the meat and potatoes with garlic and salt. 2- Shred the beef, cut the potatoes into small squares and stir. Season. 3- Finely chop the lettuce, sliced radishes and grated carrot. 4- Fill the tortilla with meat and potato and fold forming the taco, fry in oil until the tortilla is golden. 5- Cover with lettuce, carrots, cheese and radishes to taste and bathe with warm tomato broth. |
