 Meatballs with sauce
     250 g minced veal  250 g minced pork
     1 egg  1/2 cup hogao (fried chopped onion and tomato)
     1 teaspoon oregano  1 teaspoon ground cumin
     100 g breadcrumbs  2 tablespoons flour
     salt to taste  ground pepper to taste
     2 tablespoons butter  1 tablespoon cornstarch
     1 egg yolk  4 tablespoons tomato paste
     1/2 cup water  5 tablespoons oil
     1 cup milk  
1. Mix together the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, hogao and 1 cup of milk. Add
oregano and cumin, salt and pepper and mix well, until it becomes a smooth
paste. If too dry, add a few tablespoons of milk.
2. Make small meatballs, roll in flour and brown in a skillet or casserole low oil
reserve them.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sprinkle the cornstarch, stirring with a
wooden spoon.
4. Mix milk with water, egg yolk, tomato paste, salt and pepper and add to the pan.
5. Stir well and cook, stirring, for a few minutes.
6. Incorporate the meatballs and cook everything together for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with white rice.
