 Cheesecake and nuts
 Ingredients:
     500 g cheese  200 g Marie biscuit
     150 g walnut  100 g sugar
     100 g butter  4 eggs
     80 g raspberry jam  1/3 cup sweet wine
 
 Preparation:
1. Grate biscuits and mix in a bowl with the softened butter, sweet wine and half
sugar.
2. Knead until make a paste.
3. Grease a pie pan with butter and removable cover with the dough in a layer,
bake in hot oven, over medium heat, about 10 minutes.
4. Beat eggs with remaining sugar and cheese in a blender.
5. Pour over biscuit base and place in the oven another 30 minutes.
6. Remove the cake and let it cool.
7. Dilute the jam with 2 tablespoons water and cover the surface on the cake with
walnuts and jam.
8. Serve garnished with whipped cream or to taste.
