 Pasta with mussels
     500 g pasta to taste  1 kg mussel
     2 carrots  1 zucchini
     1 cup mussel broth  1 cup liquid cream
     1 tablespoon concentrado de tomate  ground pepper to taste
     salt to taste  
1. Wash the mussels well, scraping to remove any dirt.
2. Open in a pan on heat with 1/2 cup water drain and reserve the broth.
3. Peel the carrots and cut into julienne strips.
4. Wash the zucchini and cut the skin into julienne strips (reserve pulp for
another preparation).
5. Cook both juliennes separately in boiling water.
6. Drain and reserve.
7. Cook the pasta in salted water until "al dente".
8. Heat the cream in a saucepan to heat, add broth, tomato paste, pepper and salt,
and mix well.
9. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
10. Add the mussels without shells and well-drained pasta and stir gently and
serve hot.
