Golden pork chops | Ingredients: |      | 4 pork chops |   | garlic powder to taste |      | 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs |   | 1 egg |      | 1/2 lemon juice |   | salt to taste |      | ground pepper to taste |   | 3 tablespoons oil |      | 1 bunch parsley |   |

Preparation: |
1. Wash and dry chops with paper towels. 2. Water them with the lemon juice and season. 3. Beat the egg in a bowl and place breadcrumbs in another dish, mixed with garlic powder and chopped parsley. 4. Skip chops in beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. 5. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the chops in pairs on medium heat until cook inside. 6. Take them out, drain on absorbent paper and serve hot accompanied with cooked pears or to taste. |
