Austrian style beef stew
Ingredients:
    
400 g pork meat
 
2 carrots
    
1 large onion
 
1 celery bulb
    
1 turnip
 
500 g potatoes
    
1 cloves garlic
 
2 cloves
    
1 bay leaf
 
1 tablespoon vinegar
    
1 tablespoon horseradish
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    
salt to taste
 
ground white pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash and dry meat with paper towels.
2. Cut into cubes about 3 cm.
3. Peel the onion, carrots, celery and turnips, wash and chop into strips.
4. Peel, wash and chop potatoes.
5. Peel and chop the garlic.
6. Place meat and vegetables, pepper, cloves and bay leaf in a saucepan, cover
with water, cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes.
7. Add the potatoes and continue cooking another 20 minutes.
8. Remove the bay leaf, add the vinegar, grated horseradish and add salt and
pepper.
9. Continue cooking until the meat is tender.
10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
