 Apfelstrudel
 Ingredients:
     200 g flour  100 g butter
     1 teaspoon ron  1 pizca salt
     1 1/2 kg golden delicious apple  100 g sugar
     2 tablespoons butter  80 g zante currant
     50 g chopped almonds  2 tablespoons icing sugar
 
 Preparation:
1. Mix in a bowl the flour, 100 g of butter, rum and a pinch of salt.
2. When dough forms, knead a bit, wrap, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3. Soak raisins in warm water for a while, strain and reserve.
4. Peel the apples, cored and cut into thin slices.
5. Divide dough into 2 pieces and spread with a roller, very thin.
6. Distribute the apple slices, raisins and almonds, and sprinkle with sugar.
7. Roll each piece of dough on itself by a kind of roll the sides closed.
8. Place on a greased baking sheet with a butter and bake in preheated oven 50
minutes to an average power.
9. Serve warm, dusted with icing sugar.
