|     ||400 g potato||  ||2 onions|
|     ||12 corn (sweet corn)||  ||2 tablespoons lard|
|     ||2 cups milk||  ||2 egg yolks|
|     ||salt to taste||  ||ground pepper to taste|
|     ||3 tablespoons flour||  || |
|1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Peel and chop onion. Shelling the cobs.|
2. Put in a casserole with a layer of potatoes. Above them an onion and them
another of grain of corn. Repeat ending with corn.
3. Put the pan into the fire, add 2 cups water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Mix together the milk, flour and 1 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper, pour
over the previous preparation and cook a few minutes.
5. Finally, beat the egg, add to skillet, stir and serve hot.
