 Tail soup
     1 veal tail  3 tablespoons flour
     5 tablespoons olive oil  1 large onion
     1 tomato  1 leek
     1 sprig oregano  400 g potato
     500 g pumpkin  salt to taste
     ground pepper to taste  
1- Wash the tail pieces and pat them dry.
2- Pass through flour and fry in a frying pan with hot oil, remove with a slotted
spoon and reserve.
3- Then move the fat from the pan into a pot and fry the onion until golden brown.
4- Add 3 quarts of boiling water and mix well.
5- Incorporate the tail, wash the whole tomato, leek, well washed and cut into
chunks and oregano.
6- Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook over low heat, until the tail is
7- Finally, add the peeled and chopped potatoes and pumpkin, peeled, seeded and
8- Adjust seasoning and cook until everything is tender.
