 Chicken Provençal
 Ingredients:
     1 1/4 kg chicken into pieces  1 sprig rosemary
     1 sprig thyme  oregano to taste
     fresh basil to taste  salt to taste
     ground pepper to taste  6 tablespoons olive oil
     1 cup white wine  
 
 Preparation:
1- Wash the chicken and dry with paper towels.
2- Place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with herbs and pour the wine over.
3- Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
4- Drain chicken from marinade.
5- Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken over low heat until browned on
all sides.
6- Season and add herbs and wine.
7- Raise the heat and keep power until tender.
8- Serve hot or cold.
