| Cuñapes (Bolivian cheese bread)|
|     ||1 tablespoon sugar||  ||3 tablespoons milk|
|     ||salt to taste||  ||1 1/2 kg cheese|
|     ||1/2 kg cassava flour||  || |
|1- Place the cheese in a pan, crush well and add the cassava flour, sugar and salt|
(if the cheese is not salty) and finally add the milk gradually until soft
dough, not dry.
2- Remove the dough from the source and over the table sprinkled with cassava
flour, knead a lot until no lumps.
3- Make a small balls. Make a small hole with the index finger on one side of each
ball and place on a floured tin the side with the hole.
4- Bake in hot oven (419 °F or 217 °C) 20 to 25 minutes, or until browned cuñapes.
