 Goulash with pasta
     1 kg beef  500 g onion
     2 cloves garlic  1 tablespoon paprika
     500 g tomato  1 teaspoon caraway
     1 tablespoon flour  1 cup caldo
     5 tablespoons oil  1/2 cup sour cream
     salt to taste  ground black pepper to taste
     cooked pasta to taste  1 pepper powder
- wash and cut the meat into cubes.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and brown the meat over high heat, stirring until browned
on all sides. Remove from heat.
- Add the onion and when soft and begin to turn brown, add the garlic, paprika and
caraway slightly crushed.
- Add the flour and pepper powder, stirring quickly (taking care not to burn the
pepper), add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, broth and season.
- When it begins to boil, add the meat, cover and cook over low heat, until tender.
- When the meat is at its correct seasoning, remove from heat and add sour cream.
- Serve hot with cooked pasta.
