 Beth's granola
 Ingredients:
     4 cups Rolled oats  1 cup Slivered almonds
     1 cup Cashews  3/4 cup Shredded coconut
     1/4 plus 2 tbls Dark brown sugar  1/4 cup plus 2 tbls Honey or maple syrup
     1/4 cup Vegetable oil  Pinch Salt
     1 cup Raisins, cranberries or dried cherries  
 
 Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. In another small bowl mix wet ingredients and pour over dry ingredients. Spread on cookie sheets and bake stirring every 15 minutes cool and transfer to airtight container.
