Duck breast with grapes | Ingredients: |      | 700 g duck breast |   | 250 g grape |      | 1 medium onion |   | 2 tablespoons olive oil |      | 1/2 cup brandy |   | salt to taste |      | ground pepper to taste |   |

Preparation: |
- Wash the meat and dry with absorbent paper. - Add salt and pepper and brown them in a frying pan without oil, placing them with the skin touching the bottom of the pan. - Flame with brandy, remove and reserve heat. - Add oil to skillet and sauté the onion until translucent. - Wash and add the grapes and add the salt and pepper, boil and serve the duck sliced and served with grapes and mashed potatoes to taste. |
