 Duck breast with grapes
 Ingredients:
     700 g duck breast  250 g grape
     1 medium onion  2 tablespoons olive oil
     1/2 cup brandy  salt to taste
     ground pepper to taste  
 
 Preparation:
- Wash the meat and dry with absorbent paper.
- Add salt and pepper and brown them in a frying pan without oil, placing them with
the skin touching the bottom of the pan.
- Flame with brandy, remove and reserve heat.
- Add oil to skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Wash and add the grapes and add the salt and pepper, boil and serve the duck
sliced and served with grapes and mashed potatoes to taste.
