 Bisquets (Mexican bread) with sweet apricot
 Ingredients:
     2 1/2 cups cream  3 3/4 cups flour
     1/2 cup no calorie sweetener  3 teaspoons baking powder
     1 egg, lightly beaten  8 apricots
     1/2 cup orange juice  1/2 cup water
     1/2 cup no calorie sweetener  5 cm cinnamon stick
 
 Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200º C.

For the bisquets:
- Beat the cream until form soft peaks. Let stand a few minutes.
- Mix in a bowl the remaining ingredients, so surround.
- Knead slightly, adding a little flour if necessary.
- With your hands shape the bisquets or cut with the mouth of a plastic container
and settles into a tray with non-stick or lightly oiled paper.
- Cover with egg and bake until the bisquets are golden.

For the sweet apricot:
- Heat apricots in a saucepan, add the orange juice, cinnamon stick, water and
sweetener.
- Cook until boiling and reduce the liquid and has a slightly thick consistency.
- Let the sweet cool and serve with freshly baked bisquets.
