 Ham croquettes
     200 g ham  4 tablespoons plain flour
     2 tablespoons butter  3 eggs
     oil to taste  breadcrumbs to taste
     milk to taste  flour to taste
Ham croquettes
1- In a skillet over a low heat, melt the butter, once melted add 4 tablespoons
flour, put a little milk and stirring until thicken, so many times and gradually
until it becomes the thickness of the white sauce to taste.
2- Is preferable to be quite thick, so then to make croquettes, finally add cubes
ham, and one of the eggs previously cooked and cutted into pieces.
3- Once mixed put in a bowl or plate to cool the dough.
4- Once cooled, in three separated dishes put the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs in
another and flour in another.
5- Cut pieces of the dough, first put in the flour and do the shape of the croquette,
then passes trough the egg and finally in breadcrumbs, ready to eat after frying.
