Anzac Biscuits | Ingredients: |      | 1 cup Plain Flour |   | 1 cup Coconut |      | 1 cup Rolled Oats |   | 1 cup Sugar |      | 1/2 cup Butter |   | 1 tspn Golden Syrup |      | 1 tspn Bicarb Soda |   |

Preparation: |
Melt butter and syrup. Dissolve soda in 1 tbsp of hot water. Add to butter and stir into dry ingredients. Bake in moderate (175 degrees) oven for 15 minutes. |
