 Banoffee Muffins
 Ingredients:
     1 cup Banana puree, made from extra ripe bananas  1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter, melted
     2 Eggs  1 cup Brown sugar, packed
     1/2 cup Sour Cream or nonfat Greek Yogurt  1 tsp Vanilla extract
     2 1/4 cup All purpose flour  2 tsp Baking powder
     1/2 tsp Cinnamon  1/2 tsp Salt
     1 1/3 cup (8 oz) Heath Chocolate Toffee Bits, divided  1 cup Mini chocolate chips, divided
Banoffee Muffins
 Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas and add to a medium mixing bowl with the butter, eggs, brown sugar, yogurt and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.

2. In a separate large mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; whisk to combine. Mix in 1 cup of Toffee and 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips.

3. Add the banana mixture and mix until just blended; batter will be thick.

4. Spoon into greased muffin cups or paper liners even with tops. Smooth out with the back of a spoon. In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup toffee bits with 1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips. Sprinkle a teaspoon over top of each muffin and lightly press them into the batter.

5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool on wire racks 10 minutes, remove muffins to racks and continue cooling.
