 Deviled Eggs
 Ingredients:
6 Large Eggs  1/3 cup Mayonaise or Salad Dressing (I use Hellman's Olive Oil Mayo)
1 1/2 tsp White Wine or Cider Vinegar  1 tsp Prepared Yellow Mustard
     1/8 tsp Salt

 Preparation:
Please eggs in saucepan with cold water, enough to cover eggs 1 inch. Cover pan and bring to a rapid boil. Turn heat to low and continue to cook, covered for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, pour off hot water, and run cold ice water over eggs. (This prevents that grey film from forming)
Let cool. Remove shells by gently tapping egg and rolling between hands to loosen.

Half the eggs lengthwise, place yolk in small bowl. Mash yolk with fork, then add remaining ingredients and whip well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture and garnish with paprika or parsley.
 Comments:
We've tried lots of deviled eggs, but always come back to this plain simple one. Can't explain it, but it's ALWAYS a hit at parties and pot lucks.
