 American Chop Suey Casserole
 Ingredients:
     1 8 oz Package Egg Noodles  1 lb. Ground Beef
     1 teaspoon Olive Oil  2 Onions, Finely Chopped
     2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced  1 1/2 Cups Celery, Diced
     1 Green Pepper, Finely Chopped  To Taste Salt
     To Taste Pepper  To Taste Garlic Powder
     To Taste Onion Powder  1 Can Tomato Soup
     1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce  1/2 Cup American Cheese, Grated
American Chop Suey Casserole
 Preparation:
Boil noodles according to package directions until al denté (slightly firm) then drain.

Brown ground beef in olive oil with onions, garlic, celery and green pepper, being careful not to allow garlic to brown to avoid a bitter taste. Cook until meat has browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off any excess oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garlic and onion powder to taste.

In a buttered casserole dish, alternate meat and vegetable mixture, noodles, and grated cheese. Combine soup with Worcestershire sauce and pour over layered casserole. Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.

Bake in a 325°F degree oven for 45 minutes.
